This partnership aims to bring cutting-edge software to Ethiopia that will revolutionize the way freight forwarding is done.
DP World will soon present a detailed explanation of the system to our association’s board of directors. It’s believed that, implementing this technology will have the potential to modernize and significantly improve logistics operations in Ethiopia, addressing current inefficiencies.
Founded in 2005 through the merger of Dubai Ports Authority and Dubai International Ports, DP World is a global logistics powerhouse headquartered in Dubai. The company is a major player in cargo logistics, port terminal operations, and maritime affairs. Notably, they handle a staggering 70 million containers annually, accounting for an estimated 10% of the world’s container traffic.
