Negotiation and Contract Management Training is being conducted by the Ethiopian Freight Forwarders and Shipping Agents Association (EFFSAA) at Sheraton Addis International Hotel starting from 12 February 2021. The training is structured only on Friday and Saturday on a half day basis and it will last till 20 February 2021. Objective of this training is enabling the participants to understand the general and specific terms and concepts of negotiation and contract agreement especially in the freight forwarding/ shipping business.
Participants of the training are those who are in management level actively engaged in negotiating and contracting with customers/ beneficiaries of their businesses. From a total of 28 participants 93% comes from members of the Association with free of tuition fee and 7% are from non-member organizations who are involved in logistics business with a minimal payment.
