EFFSAA has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ITTLLDC . Since about a third of the continent is made up of countries that have no access to the ocean or sea, an interest which emanated from EFFSAA to mutually cooperate on common areas was warmly welcomed by the institution which stands for world landlocked countries.
